By preventing issues before they reach production and establishing strong quality practices, you'll enable faster innovation, reduce risk, and create a better experience for employees, partners, and customers across the business. 🛠️ What You'll Bring ✔ Demonstrated expertise in quality engineering across both automated and manual testing disciplines ✔ Extensive experience managing test plans, execution tracking, reporting, and release validation using enterprise test management platforms ✔ Proven ability to design effective test strategies for complex business applications and workflows ✔ Strong experience with Salesforce testing and modern automation tooling ✔ Working knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration concepts and business process automation ✔ Experience validating APIs, integrations, and end-to-end system interactions ✔ Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices ✔ Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts using modern scripting or programming languages ✔ Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, risk assessment, and quality best practices ✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience 💰 Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
