Proyecto: Plataforma web, app y mobile web Modalidad: Remoto Horario: Jornada completa (lunes a viernes)
Responsabilidades:
Validar la experiencia completa del usuario en procesos de compra online
Detectar y documentar errores funcionales, visuales o de navegación
Proponer mejoras de usabilidad (UX)
Realizar pruebas cross-browser y cross-device
Coordinar con el equipo técnico y gestionar incidencias
️ Requisitos:
Experiencia en testing funcional (ideal en eCommerce)
Dominio de flujos de compra online y validación transaccional
Atención al detalle y mentalidad crítica
Deseable manejo de Jira, Trello o Asana
Se valora experiencia básica en pruebas automatizadas y conocimientos de UX/UI
